Bodyweight Core Exercises

Hello all! Today I’ve got a few core exercise for you! These exercise require no equipment and can be done in the comfort of your own home. So lets get into it!

Sprinter-Ups

  • Lay on your back, hands spread overhead
  • Reach one elbow to the opposite knee
  • Repeat on other side
  • Repeat the sequence!

Bicycle Crunches

  • Lay on your back, hands under your head
  • Brings your knees close to your chest, alternating legs
  • Repeat!

V-Ups

  • Lay on the ground, arms spread overhead
  • Bring your heels off the ground and your arms out in front of you, simultaneously
  • Return to start
  • Repeat!

Downward Dog Knees

  • Start in “Downward Dog”
  • Bring one knee to the opposite elbow
  • Repeat on other side
  • Bring one foot outside of the same hand
  • Repeat on other side
  • Repeat the sequence!
